For US customers, we provide a return shipping label available for download in your account once you file for a return. We offer free shipping for all returns. If you decide not to use the return label provided, we recommend that you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with recourse in the event that your package is lost in transit. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped by other methods.
